This song arose out of a few inspirations. One, my genuine desire to be supportive to my partner at certain times of the month when she needs it most. Two, my desire to skate very close to the line of how and when I give that support. Three, to write a song about menstruation and things surrounding it, because there are not nearly enough songs about that out there. And four, to make a song that is both Air Supply-grade cheese and blistering punk rock, all in about a minute.
