Inspired by some healing work on myself that I have been doing, well, for a pretty long time now. How can we learn to know and appreciate all of the different parts of ourselves, the different ages, the nesting Russian dolls that are truly all of us? How can we draw on their strengths at the right time in the right way, and in a way that feels good and elevates us? Wouldn't it be great to feel a sense of inner belonging more often?
